Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar) or several years of experience.
• A natural aptitude for technology and a strong desire to expand your technical skill set.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collect and document users' requirements and develop logical and physical specifications
• Research, evaluate and synthesize technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems
• Develop data, process and network models to optimize architecture and to evaluate the performance and reliability of designs
• Plan, design and co-ordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of computer-based systems

Objective of the Role 

This role is all about driving large cross-functional projects from definition to launch. You will be working with product managers, project managers, infrastructure engineers, software developers and senior management. In the near term, you will drive this cross-functional team to improve the customer experience on how they interact with applications.

You Will

• Work in a multi-project environment and own the responsibility of end-to-end delivery    
• Work closely with development teams to deliver a comprehensive solution for our business. 
• Develop & deliver plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support
• Be the face of the organization and manage customer expectations on deliverable by regularly communicating with Business / Product / Developers / QA and all other project stakeholders
• Research and evaluate new software-related technologies and products. Development of prototypes for new technology initiatives and product review/selection/recommendation
• Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs and balance business needs with technical and financial constraints.
• Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts arise, see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.
• Enjoy a high degree of autonomy and your ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results will make you successful in this role. 

You must have

• 7 or more years of relevant work experience on internet-related projects and / or technical product management in a software applications environment
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end by demonstrating strong project management skills and following project management standards
• Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills effective with business and technical audiences
• Knowledge working in Agile Methodologies and ability to drive the sprint cycles smoothly.
• An excellent balance of leadership, organizational, and technical skills, and ability to execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given. Influence, collaboration and leadership across functional lines is essential.
• Knowledge on JIRA and Confluence.
